All online orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) of being received, with the exception of holidays.

We do not ship back ordered items; if an item you purchased is out of stock at the time of order processing, it will not be shipped to you and you will not be charged for that item.

LOCAL DELIVERY:
We deliver locally within the Municipality of Kincardine for a $5 fee.

RETURNS:

Returns must be made in unused, original condition within 1 month from the purchase date. Shipped items may be returned at Purchaser's expense. Items may be exchanged or a store credit will be issued. No Cash Refunds.
